April 8th, Holy Week

This is the holiest week in the Christian church. We celebrated Palm Sunday last Sunday and during the procession into the church, Sam waved his palm branch and sang "Hosana, Hosana, Hosana in the highest. Hosana, Hosana, Hosana in the highest. Blessed is He Who comes in the name of the Lord." I was so proud! We'd practiced singing "Hosana, Hosana, Hosana in the highest" every time we read the Bible story or his Easter book but he added the "Blessed is He Who comes in the name of the Lord" part himself! The funny part, the choir was singing some other song, so we were the ONLY ones singing "Hosana" :) We were at the end of the line, no one was singing around us and as soon as Sam got his palm, he just started singing! I love our son :)
