July 11th, LaHabra's Children's Museum

We met our much missed friends, Bonnie and Vinnie, at a museum about half way between our two houses (they live in Santa Monica now). We've seen them a handfull of times since they left Riverside a little over a year ago and now that time is ticking by, it was time for a visit!!! They were our first friends in Riverside (along with Tami and Ashton) and we've missed them dearly.

Vinnie and Sam were so sweet together. Vinnie was so excited to show Sam everything! They played really well together, actually WITH each other, so Bonnie and I got a really nice visit.


The last time we were here (last July), Sam was mesmorized by the stuffed animals...never getting too close. The deer he'd said was his favourite at that time. Today, his favorite was the moose with the big ears like 'this,' he'd told Adam later, fanning out his fingers with his hands by his ears. I don't know if it's the age or our current lock down on tooth brushing, but he ran around to each animal and touched their teeth! He was way too fast for me to get a photo...



Vinnie was so excited to see the leopard gecko and also a really huge snake. He showed Sam and Sam really liked them too :)




The rest of the pictures are self-explanitory, but I will say that the cars and space shuttle were stationary :)
