Sam is feeling 100% better. It was scary. First the 103.5 F fever on and off for two days then waiting all night for stryder to set in and cut off our poor baby's airflow...what a long night!
But, we're back in business and back at the playground :)
Our first day out, Sam had great company with Simon, and the Demick boys! Xander and Zach came over and, man, did Xander and Sam play hard.
Sam got his wish for a picnic lunch up in the picnic area of the park...I think they each had one bite, then ran back to the park...
The fountain has turned into a sprinkler...
And Xander loved to get wet, as much as Sam loved to make him wet!

Today, we headed back to the park, after a walk with Christie and Simon (Rachon and Max are in AZ for the week). Nikki was so excited to see Sam! It was really sweet, so I had to get a picture of Princess Nikki with her Prince Charming...

Simon is one of Sam's newest and favorite friends. Sam loves bringing toys for Simon to share
Simon shared his radio with Sam. Sam literally listened to the children's songs on it all afternoon and evening.
I'm freezing some suppers for Adam to eat while Sam and I are home (yikes, only two weeks away!). The easiest way...cook double batches of supper...
And what Adam is more excited about...double batches of cookies :)

Sam sure looks healthy and happy and so glad to be with his friends again. You really have been cooking up a storm--the cookies look sooo yummy! No wonder they're Adam's favourite...Mom
