Sept. 22nd, A Walk in the Park...

We've been enjoying our So Cal life again :) We had our best weekend ever in the city...I had a fab time at MNI (mom's night in, craft night) Friday night, we went AS A FAMILY to the Mom's Club First Anniversary Party in the Park Saturday (thanks to Rachon and Jerad who took two cars so that my family could go) (I had my camera, but I didn't take any photos :( ), and Sunday we went to Tami and Glen's for a delish BBQ chicken dinner. And still Adam managed to work about 6 hours each day!

Tami's Ryan is probably the biggest change I've noticed since being back. He's just turned 5 months, but with my 4 weeks away and Tami's 3 weeks away before that, I feel like he should still be 3 months old :)


We're back in the our weekday routine...starting each day with a walk with our neighbourhood friends. Today, it was just me and Rachon, Sam and Max. We had an awesome walk and ended up at the park. Sam was so excited, although Max caught a cat nap, so Sam had to play by himself...



But then...Max woke up, ready to play! He's such an energetic kid...he reminds me so much of Sam...watch the first video below and keep in mind that Max is 10 months old, as he chases Sam around :)



Sam loves to love Max...




And Max doesn't seem to mind :)


Sam also loves Max's new hat and loves to be a big help by putting Max's hat back on...



Sam gave up helping Max and ran off with his new hat in hand...Max wasn't impressed...


But a ride on the rhino (see video below) got Sam back in Max's good books :)



At the end of the day, Sam and Max are best buddies :)
