My Mom told my sister, a few years back when she didn't want a cake, that as a parent, your birthday is more about your kids than about you, so suck it up! Sam apparently shares those views whole heartedly, so we're going to share this birthday, which suits me just fine :) Sorry about the house coat...I got ambushed right out of bed!
