Sam didn't want to eat his baby beef and veggies tonight, so, remembering how much he liked noodles in primivera sauce the other night, I whipped up some plan whole wheat pasta, mixed it up in his supper and he ate every last bite (plus half a cup of pasta!)...except for what he splattered around...
