March 1st, The End of Birthday Month
Our Canadian friends, Mike and April, came to celebrate Mike's and my birthdays. We aimed for February, since that is the birthday month we share, but between job interviews for both post-docs, we had to settle on March 1st :) Oh well, it was one more day that I got to keep up the birthday sign!
We had warned Mike and April that Sam would probably spit on the cake as he tried to blow out the candles, but they declined our offer to cut the cake it two and keep their half germ free...I think they underestimated the amount of drool these kids produce! See for yourself:

Thats great, hummm..birthday month , I think I might sign up for that one...I haven't checked the blog in over a week...Sam looks so big...you guys sure keep busy,
