Dec 24th, A Little Snow was enough for a Big Adventure...

Well, today's high was predicted around 10 C (that's around 50ish F), and with the rain last night, our precious snow was sure to disappear, so we did the only thing we could...bundled up, grabbed a carrot, some coal, a shovel and a sled...and made the best of a rapidly disappearing situation...

Sam had fun in the toboggan (although he did slide off the back once and the took a face plant in some mud) (sorry for the blurry photos, I wasn't fast enough or maybe Dadda was too fast...). The splash suit from Auntie Michelle served him much better than the snowsuit from Mommy (he could actually bend and move his arms!). The snowman was created pretty quickly thanks to Grampy and Nannie and Sam really likes to look out the window at him from the living room.

We popped by Adam's uncle's house to drop of a gift to his godchild, Sophie. Samuel had a blast playing with "Foffie" whose five and Carson whose three. He talked about Foffie the whole way home, well until he fell asleep...

YAAAAAYYYY fun in the snow! I suppose if watching Sam could warm my heart like this, then I can be brave and move back to the tundra, just to see our boys have so much fun! Photos 21 and 22 are absolutely my favorite! (from the sledding series!)

Great photos, Erin! Glad you were able to get some snow pictures for the year! I have problems with blurry photos too (although I didn't really notice that any of yours were blurry!) If I increase the shutter speed (using shutter speed priorit), it sometimes helps!

Can't wait to see you! I got an exciting addition for my flash this Christmas that you might be interested in testing out!! =)
